Well I crashed and burned. I think I fell asleep around 2:30. I remember looking looking at the clock and then nothing. I hope to stay awake more next time. Here is results so far.

Change in plans Mark of the Demon does not seem to hold my attention. I will read it another day. The new book is When a Man Loves a Weapon by Toni McGee Causey. I have read the other books in this series. It is fast paced and has enough stuff exploding to keep me awake.

A touch of the Dead does not disappoint. It is book of Sookie Stackhouse short stories from Charlaine Harris's True Blood series. I am now reading Mark of the Demon. I will update again in hour or so.

I just discovered the joy of a hot bubble bath, a good book & hot chocolate with a healthy shot of butterscotch schnapps. Truthfully I knew about the first two but that last one was heavenly.

Took some time to run to store. I listened to an audio book but I don't know if they count so I did not include it.

I am still on my first book. So far I have read 125 pages. That fifty more since the second hour mark. My total reading time has been three hours. The book is really racing along. I will update again in two hours.

First Book 9:49 am

My first book is Trick of the Light by Rob Thurman. This is new series for her. I read her other series and really enjoyed it. This story is set in Vegas. So far I have read 75 pages. The main characters are well developed and the story is really starting to flow. I have read for a total of one hour thirty minutes. I will update again in a couple of hours.

Getting ready

Well, it is the day before the big readathon. I still wonder why I signed up for this. Reading is great but blogging? I mean putting actual words out there for the world to see. It is kind of scary. So come back tomorrow for the big experiment.
